Hi Valued Retailers:
Thank you for your continued support protecting the reputation of the Vionic brand. Vionic pursues its Brand Protection Policy (the “Policy”) to ensure the long-term viability of our business together and safeguard our investments so we can continue to provide each other mutually beneficial services.

The updated Vionic minimum advertised price (“MAP”) list effective as of Thursday, May 26th 2022 can be downloaded above . The MAP list has four tabs, the first tab is a list of all ON MAP products that must be marketed above the minimum advertised price listed in the right column. The second tab is a UPC list of the ON MAP products.  The third tab is a list of the OFF MAP products that are no longer MAP protected, and the fourth tab is the UPC list for the OFF MAP products.

This MAP list applies to all retailers promoting or selling Vionic product in the United States and Canada. While each retailer is free to make its own pricing decisions, the Policy restricts retailers from marketing or advertising an offer price lower than the MAP established by Vionic. The actual final sale price is up to each retailer to determine; it is only the advertised or publicly marketed price that matters. It is a violation of the Policy if any retailer offers a Vionic product at a price lower than that specified on the Vionic MAP list. However, please keep in mind, the Vionic MAP list changes seasonally so please refer to the version available for download above as you prepare your marketing and inventory strategies for the upcoming season. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the Vionic MAP list and the Vionic Brand Protection Policy (available for download on this page), and please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions. 

Keep in mind, when violators are found the enforcement process outlined in the Policy will apply to all retailers equally. Violations will be tracked and accumulate over time. The Policy is the best place to understand all the details of our enforcement process, or if you have specific questions please feel free to reach out to me, your Policy Administrator.

Please note, all MAP communications will be transmitted electronically moving forward, so if you would like to update your contact information, please email that updated information back to me, and I will update the records. Communications regarding the MAP list or the Policy generally need to go through the Policy Administrator email (poladmin@vionicgroup.com). Pursuant to our policy, the Policy Administrator is the only person authorized by Vionic to answer questions regarding the Policy, or to accept information regarding potential MAP violations.
